PricingEvery price in publicSt. Louis

See it for $19.99 before you spend $750.

You answer some questions, you get a demo of your own site, and then you decide. Every price is on this page — including the one that’s $0.

What you won’t be asked for

  1. A sales call
  2. Your phone number, before you see a price
  3. A quote you have to wait for
  4. A fee to “activate” a site you bought

Every price is below · nothing here takes money

01 The short version

Four numbers.
That’s the list.

What it costs to see your site, to own it, to keep it working — and to switch it on. Anything bigger gets a price before it starts.

02 What it costs

Three prices,
in public.

Each one in plain words: what you get, what it costs, and what it doesn’t.

  1. $19.99

    A demo

    Step one · $19.99 each

Answer the questions about your organization and get a rough draft of your own site back — your programs, your content, your structure.

It’s view-only, and it’s yours to look at for as long as you want. Build as many as you like at $19.99 each if you want to see different directions.

  2. $750

    The real thing

Step two · can split $375 to start, $375 before launch

I take the demo and build it properly — in whichever of the four styles fits your club, in your club’s colors. Two rounds of revisions. Launched on your domain.

You own it outright — the site, the content, the domain. There is no second fee to “activate” it or unlock it. It’s yours.

  3. $49/mo

    Keeping it working

Optional · cancel any time, no notice period

Optional. I watch the site and handle your small changes — text, prices, hours, photos, moving things around. Send as many as you want.

Bigger changes get quoted separately, so you always know what something costs before it happens. What counts as small

Straight about one thing

The self-serve demo builder and online payments aren’t switched on yet. Right now you email me and I do it with you by hand — same price, same result. Nothing on this site takes money.

03 The whole number

$19.99to see it + $750to build it =

$769.99 gets you a website you own.

There is no third payment

  • Activation fee
  • Unlock fee
  • Third payment

If anyone in this industry tells you there’s an activation fee to use the site you already bought, walk away.

That’s $19.99 to see it and $750 to build it. The $49 plan is optional, and you can say no to it.

04 The $49 plan

What “small”
means, exactly.

This is the part most people are vague about, so here it is in plain words.

Three sizes of change · turnaround times are targets, not guarantees

  1. Small

Unlimited · on the $49 plan

Change text or a price, update hours or a schedule, swap a photo, move something, fix a typo, add a coach to the roster.

Unlimited. Target: same or next business day.

  2. Medium

    Quoted first

Change how a section looks, restyle something, add a field to a form, code changes.

Quoted first, then done. You approve the price before I start.

  3. Major

    Quoted with the scope

A whole new page, a new feature, rebuilding a section, a redesign.

Quoted with the scope, before any of it starts.

I decide which category something is before I start it, and tell you if it’s bigger than you expected. I never reclassify something after the work is done.

Why I don’t include everything

If $49 covered unlimited work of any size, I’d either go broke or quietly stop answering — and you’d be the one who found out. I’d rather tell you now what’s included and actually do it.

05 Straight answers

Questions you’d be right to ask.

Five of them, with the short answer first and the whole answer next to it.

  1. Is the $19.99 refundable?

If you don’t get a demo, yes

It buys you a demo, and you get the demo. If you don’t get one, you get your money back. If you get one and just don’t like it, you’ve still got it to look at — and you’ve spent twenty dollars finding out, instead of signing a contract.

  2. What if I buy the demo and never build?

    You owe nothing

Then you’ve spent $19.99 and you owe me nothing. There’s no follow-up sequence and no pressure. The demo is still yours to look at.

  3. Why $750 and not $5,000?

    One person, and early

Because I’m one person and I’m early. This is what it costs right now, and I’d rather be honest about that than charge agency rates for a one-man operation.

  4. What about hosting?

    Worked out with you, directly

I’d rather work that out with you directly — it depends on what you’re already paying and who you’re paying. I’m not going to put a number here that turns out to be wrong for your situation.

  5. What if I want to leave?

    You take everything

You take everything. The site, the files, the content, the domain — yours from final payment, not held against a monthly fee. Cancel the plan and the site is still yours; it just stops being my job to change it.

06 Step one

Start with a demo.

Tell me about your club and I’ll build a view-only draft of your own site for $19.99. The demo builder and online payments aren’t switched on yet, so for now you email me and I do it with you by hand — same price, same result.
