Most club websites break quietly.
I checked 35 club websites around St. Louis. 28 had something concretely wrong — the kind of thing that’s easy to miss from the inside. I build websites for youth sports clubs, training facilities and studios, and I can keep them working after launch.
What the free check looks at
- Does your domain actually load?
- How does it behave on a phone?
- Is anything years out of date?
- What does a parent see first?
Free · no obligation · the same check I ran on all 35

I checked
35 club sites.
Real clubs, gyms and studios around St. Louis. I looked at what a parent actually runs into: does the site load, does it work on a phone, is anything out of date. Here’s the scoreboard.

Four things I kept finding
-
A domain pointing nowhere
1 of 35 · fully offline
A club with hundreds of athletes had every page return an error instead of their site. Every parent who searched and clicked got nothing. There was no way to tell how long it had been down.
-
Pages too heavy for a phone
Heaviest · 2.4 MB
One page weighed 2.4 MB. A parent checking practice times on mobile data waits for every byte of it.
-
Footers years out of date
5 sites · as old as 2017
Copyright years stuck at 2017, 2019, 2020. The site quietly tells a new family that the program might not exist anymore.

Two live domains, same content
One club, two addresses
Two addresses showing the same site. Parents land on whichever one a search happens to show that day.
→ The pattern
Not a design problem. A maintenance problem.
“A broken domain isn’t a site that was built badly. It’s a site nobody was responsible for.”
That’s the part I’m actually selling. I build the site — and if you want, I keep watching it after launch.
02 Four styles, one system
Four styles.
One system.
Your colors.
Every site I build starts from one design system with four distinct styles — so no two clubs end up with the same-looking site. You pick the feel. It takes your club’s colors.
Try a club color. This page and all four previews re-color.
Demo clubEvery demo below is for Copperline Athletics, a made-up club. They show the styles. They are not client work.

Kinetic
Athletic campaign energy. Big leaning type, scoreboard numbers, tapes that react to your scroll.
Good fit · competitive clubs, speed & strength
You’re looking at it — this page is Kinetic in WebForge orange.

Cinematic
Dark and filmic. Light, shadow and slow reveals — it feels directed, like the opening of a film.
Good fit · elite programs, martial arts, a club with a story

Warm, friendly, colorful. Built for a parent on a phone, with nothing to wait for.

Precision
Sleek and minimal. A clean grid, a live “today” dial, and nothing extra.

Straight about one thing
The self-serve demo builder and online payments aren’t switched on yet. Right now you email me and I do it with you by hand — same price, same result. I’d rather say that than show you a button that doesn’t work.

05 Free, no obligation
Free site check.
Send me your club’s site and I’ll tell you what’s wrong with it: how it loads, how it behaves on a phone, whether your domain is actually resolving, and what a parent sees first. The same check I ran on those 35.
Useful whether or not you ever hire me.
06 Straight about where this is at
I’m one person, and I’m early.
I’m Gavin Reidel — a college senior and a college athlete in St. Louis. I’ve been in these gyms and facilities my whole life, which is why I started with clubs instead of restaurants.
I don’t have a wall of client logos, and I’m not going to borrow somebody else’s or pretend otherwise. What I have is the audit above, four styles you can click through, prices you can read without a phone call — and, in writing, you own everything when it’s done.
